We know that every appointment is more than just a scan - it's a chance to reconnect with your little one, create beautiful memories, and share those precious moments with the people you love most. Preparing for Your Visit

  • Bladder Preparation

    Under 10 weeks pregnant: Please drink 2–3 glasses of water approximately 1 hour before your appointment.

    10 weeks and beyond: There is no need to have a full bladder.

  • Consent Form

    Approximately 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive a consent form via text message. Please complete this before you arrive, as it helps make your check-in nice and smooth.

  • What to Wear

    Comfort is key during pregnancy! We recommend wearing something comfortable to your appointment. Dresses are absolutely welcome - we provide soft towels for coverage during your scan, so there's no need to worry.

Our Secret to the Best Photos

Hydration! Drinking plenty of water in the days and weeks leading up to your appointment can help improve image clarity and overall picture quality (we're talking litres here!).

That said, some factors are simply outside anyone's control, including - baby's position, baby's activity level, placenta location, amount of amniotic fluid, maternal body composition and gestation.

Our Ultrasound Technicians will always do everything they can to capture beautiful images, but every baby decides just how much they want to show us!

Arriving for Your Appointment

Please allow plenty of time to arrive for your appointment. Free parking is available directly in front of the building and is usually easy to access.

If you're running late, please give us a call as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you or, if needed, arrange another appointment. While we'll always try our hardest, late arrivals may mean we cannot guarantee the full scan duration.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my family and friends?

Our studio was designed with the whole family in mind. We comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults, and children are always welcome. You are more then welcome to bring more then 6 people, but please be ready to be cosy together!

Feel free to bring grandparents, siblings, friends, or any special support people you'd like to share this moment with.

Can I take photos and videos? can I factime?

You're more than welcome to take photos and record videos during your scan. FaceTime or video calls with loved ones who can't be there in person are also absolutely fine.

What if I need to reschedule/cancel my appointment?

We understand life gets in the way, you are welcome to reschedule or cancel your appointment at anytime.

If you need to cancel, we kindly request you do so as soon as possible so others on waitlists can book.

A "No Show" will require a 50% deposit on all subsequent appointments booked. We thank you for your understanding.
